Tassel and Cord Pattern #304A
This vintage pattern is made available by Free Vintage Crochet.
This is a very simple crochet pattern for the tassel cap. The difficulties in making this is in the cord that goes with it. I believe it is done in macrame, and the pattern gives a brief explanation as to how to make the knots.
