This colorful cowl is crocheted up in a reflective yarn. The yarn is super cool because it looks normal during the day, but totally lights up for a cool effect at night. You could also crochet this in any similar yarn that meets the gauge.
You will need Red Heart Reflective in two colors and a K crochet hook.
