This lion and and his mane is made up entirely with an arrangement of hearts – a big heart in the middle for the face and lots of small hearts for the mane. It’s definitely one of the neatest designs I’ve seen so far…especially for an applique.
The finished size is about 2.5″.
You will need a size 10 crochet thread in yellow and orange colors, a 2mm crochet hook, buttons and embroidery floss.
