Surface Crochet 3-D Roses

These are not your everyday roses because they are crocheted with an different method – a method that you don’t see everyday. It’s called surface crochet. But regardless of how they are crocheted, you can still wear them the same way that you would any other rose: as a brooch, on a headband, a hat or on a bag or purse.

The pattern provides instructions on how to make the roses in four different methods.

To crochet these roses you will need worsted weight yarn and a J crochet hook.
