April Moreland – Crochet Amore

Hi, I’m April Moreland (a.k.a. CrochetAmore). I am a crocheter, knitter, and all around crafter. I can’t remember a time that I didn’t love to create and come up with my own way of doing things. I first learned to crochet in 1975 at the age of 10. I never really considered myself a “designer” though, until just a few years ago when a group of online friends and I wanted to do a crochet along. I volunteered to write up a simple potholder pattern. That was in 2008. Since then I’ve written nearly 100 patterns, of which more than 80 appear on my blog and on Ravelry for free.
