Here is a gorgeous chevron top for the summer toddler princesses. The pattern is given for a top, however, I think this would also work to extend the length into a skirt. Either way it is super adorable.

To crochet this you will need a No. 2 cotton yarn in three colors, and a 4mm and 3.5mm crochet hook.
