This mandorla doily is very pretty and perfect for Valentine’s day in the colors shown. The mandorla is a Christian symbol, so you could make this a part of other holiday celebrations as well, simply by switching up your colors.

A red, white and green for Christmas, or a white with a few shades or purple would make it perfect for Easter, and so on. You could use this as a doily, a wall hanging, or maybe even a full-sized blanket if you use a thicker material.

The above is crocheted with a size 10 crochet thread and a 1.65mm crochet hook.
