A great tote with a minimalist look measures about 11” wide x 12” tall (not including handle). This is a good pattern for beginners as you only need to know the basic stitches: chain, single crochet and half double crochet. Bulky #5 weight yarn. an L hook, and bamboo handles give you a lovely simple tote.
