Crochet High Waist Pleated Skirt

This simple baby pleated high waist skirt has been designed in such a way that you do not need a tapestry needle to sew the pleats in place. The skirt is worked bottom up. And the end result is superb. You can decide to add straps or not. The skirt has been made in just one color but you can be creative with how you want to mix the colors.
