Use this pretty heart snowflake to decorate your windows or the Christmas tree. Or, string it into a bunting and let it warm your hearts by the fireplace. And with it being a heart, I’d say it’s perfect for Valentine’s Day as well. Either way, you can’t go wrong with this fancy heart applique.

To crochet this snowflake you will need worsted weight yarn and a 3.75mm crochet hook.
