Crochet blankets are fun and easy to make with Bulky and Chunky yarn because they work up really fast. Bulky yarn crochet blanket patterns are the absolute best blankets to make because they work up fast and even simple stitches gives the blanket a rich texture. You can easily make them as small as you want, or as large as you want.
There are number of crochet stitch variations you can use to make a crochet blanket. The crochet shell stitch is a beautiful stitch for making a blanket. In fact the stitch itself has a number of variations. Today am sharing the pattern for Crochet Textured Shell Blanket. This blanket is made with Double Crochets and Front Post Double Crochets worked in Shells which gives a lovely rich texture and elegance to the finished blanket.
