Use this pretty Christmas blanket for your toddler or as a lapghan. You can also adjust it to any size that you want for use throughout your home.
I used an economic worsted weight yarn in three Christmas colors, but choose any colors you want for use throughout the year.
It is an intermediate pattern, due to the puffy spike stitch. But it’s not hard to learn for those who have mastered the basic stitches and are ready for the next step.
Measurements
- Gauge: 10 sts = 3″.
- Finished Size: 37″ wide by 49″ long.
Materials
- Yarn: Red Heart Super Saver (Worsted Weight (#4) 100% acrylic, 7 oz/198g – 364 yds/333m) – CA = Hot Red, 3 balls; CB = Paddy Green, 2 balls; CC = White, 2 balls.
- Crochet Hook: I 5.50mm
- Other: Measuring Tape, Scissors, Yarn Needle, Stitch Markers.
