Robin Baby Blanket

Robin Baby Blanket pattern is a classic easy to make striped baby blanket. Easy to make because of the easy to crochet box stitches in stripes of 3 colors. You can carry the yarn up the sides, so there is no need to cut when changing colors. By the time you finish this blanket you will have this stitch down pat and confidently be able use it on other projects. This easy to make striped baby blanket can of course be made in the colors of your choice and if you wish to change the size to make an afghan, throw, or even a bedspread, the free pattern tells you how. Made in superwash wool from King Cole, it is soft and warm.

- Yarn: King Cole Merino Blend DK, superwash wool, 100 Pure New Wool, 50 g/115 yds
- Oatmeal 41, Color A: 2 skeins
- Truffle 1989, Color B: 2 skeins
- Turquoise 18, Color C: 2 skeins
- Hook: US-7, 4.5mm
Getting Started:
This stitch pattern is made over a multiple of 3 plus 4. So to change the size of the blanket, add or subtract sts to the starting chain by multiples of 3. Just remember that changing the size of the blanket will change the amount of yarn used.
Try using the wet felt join to add on new skeins of yarn.
