It’s amazing how much beauty you can create with such a small granny square like this. In addition to a blanket, I can also see this in a cheerful bag, a table mat or maybe even in a welcome mat at your front door. A mat would need to be lined with a non-slip backing, but the efforts would be so much appreciated.
It’s simple, yet the pretty colors add to the design. It’s a great stashbuster as it allows you to use up all your smallest odds and ends of yarn.
The pattern is available in both US and UK crochet terms.
You will need worsted weight #3 yarn and a 4.50mm crochet hook to create this beauty.
