The Twinkling Trees Mosaic Crochet Sweater is a joyful, top-down seamless pattern using the beautiful overlay mosaic crochet technique, perfect for creating a festive, cozy sweater for babies, toddlers, and children aged 0–6 months through to 10 years.

Designed for child sizes, this sweater is worked from the top down using the overlay mosaic crochet technique, creating stunning geometric Christmas tree detail across the yoke that looks far more intricate than it really is.

This mosaic crochet sweater pattern includes a fully written pattern and complete mosaic charts for the yoke, so you can follow whichever format suits you best. Once the yoke is complete, the rest is entirely up to you — make it your own!

Materials

• Category 3 Double Knit Yarn (I used 100% Acrylic, 250m / 273yds / 100g) Exact yarn detailed in pattern.
• Yarn A: Approx 2 (2, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4) balls of yarn. Approx 368 (480 540, 595, 688, 888, 1025) yds.
• Yarn B: Approx 1 ball of yarn for the circular yoke sweater pattern in each size. Approx 92 (120, 135, 148, 172, 222, 256)yds.
• Crochet Hook 4.5mm (G+) for the body and 3.5mm (E) for the optional ribs and cuffs or the size that meets the gauge for the pattern.

• Scissors
• Stitch markers
