By making a circle in crochet you can learn to make many items. This pancake and fried egg is great to add to a childs play kitchen or with a few modifications (no fiberfill; move the egg to an edge) you can use these as coasters. Its always fun to make food items to play with the kids and they are always happy to add something to their kitchen.

Materials Needed:

  • Crochet Hook E and G/4.0/8
  • Small amounts 4 ply worsted weight yarn (tan, cream, white, yellow)
  • Small amounts fiberfill
  • Tapestry needle for sewing ends
