Rocket Nap Buddy CAL
Design by Lisa Ferrel/My Fingers Fly.

When your child thinks of nothing else but being an astronaut, crochet this unique blanket for them. The easy granny square blanket is toddler sized to be used for naptime. Then it folds up to fit inside the rocket ship pillow that zips up to make a rocket pillow for the rest of the day. Crochet in worsted weight yarn with a size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook. Embellish as desired with space-themed appliques.
Finished blanket measures approximately 38″ long by 33” wide. When blanket is rolled up inside, the rocket measures approximately 25” long.
Pattern is written in U.S. terms. YouTube tutorials are included for making and joining granny squares, as well as sewing a zipper into a crocheted item.
