Sorrento Shawl

The Sorrento Shawl Crochet Pattern combines texture and color for a cozy wrap. This warm rectangle shawl can include fringe, pockets or neither.
The shawl is worked on the long edge with alternating sections of textured stitches. I chose two colors for the striping, but of course, more colors or a solid would be lovely.

Finished Size: 67”/170cm long x 18”/45.7cm wide unblocked, without fringe
Materials
- 8 balls (100g/3.5oz) each of Paintbox Simply Chunky Yarn, this yarn is labeled as #5 chunky weight yarn, but it’s thinner than other #5 yarns, and is more similar to Red Heart With Love a #4 worsted weight yarn. So you can use either a #4 or #5 yarn for this shawl.
- 5mm crochet hook.
