Mesh Rib Cowl

This cowl has a gorgeous texture to the design. It’s mesh, but it still looks fairly solid to make a cozy cowl. And it also looks like it’s worn closer to the neck to keep you even warmer.

The pattern does not specify the yarn, but I’m going to say a worsted weight as it recommends an I or a J crochet hook.
