Moss Stitch Beginner Crochet Bag

Here is a super simple bag pattern that’s easy enough for a beginner to master. The bag is started at the bottom and worked up in one piece all the way to the handles.

For the body of the bag, the moss stitch worked, and turned after each round to create a beautiful texture.

The pattern is given in one size, but can easily be modified if needed. Basic instructions are provided for that. Then to finish the bag, you’ll want to add a lining to make it strong and durable. A link to a tutorial is provided on the pattern page.

The pattern calls for a worsted weight yarn and an H crochet hook.
