Did you know that annually on March 2nd we celebrate Dr. Seuss’s Birthday? We also celebrate National Read Across America that same week. These Thing 1 and Thing 2 (characters from Dr. Seuss’s book The Cat in the Hat) are a great quick and fun crochet project to join in the celebrations! Pattern is written for all sizes: baby- adult. You’ll need H and I size crochet hooks and worsted weight yarn in red, white, blue and black.

- Worsted weight yarn- I used Red Heart Super Saver in Cherry Red, Turqua, Black & White
- I 5.5 mm crochet hook
- H 5 mm crochet hook
- Tapestry Needles
- Stitch Markers

- Hot Melt Adhesive
- Extra Large Pom Pom Maker (sizes 6/12 months, toddler, child & adult)
- Large Pom Pom Maker (sizes 0/3 months & 3/6 months)
